Car Accidents in Arizona
Car accidents can have a truly debilitating impact on the lives of those involved. Unfortunately, this is the fate for thousands of people across our state each year. Statistics from 2018 show that over 108,000 auto accidents occurred throughout Arizona that involved two or more vehicles. When multiple vehicles are involved in collisions, the possibilities of injuries are greatly increased. In fact, more than 36,500 of these accidents leave one or more people injured.
Numerous people involved in crashes are forced into area hospitals where they have to undergo extensive medical treatment. Sometimes, victims have to go through surgery and remain hospitalized for several days or weeks following their accidents. The mental and physical consequences of collisions are made worse by the towering medical costs victims are forced to endure. Although we can take action to ensure the safety of those around us, we cannot prevent others who are sharing the road from engaging in reckless and negligent behaviors. When people are harmed in accidents, as a result of other drivers, they should reach out to a car accident attorney in Arizona as soon as possible.
