Tucson, AZ (July 8, 2020) – A midtown automobile accident on Tuesday afternoon resulted in injuries. At approximately 3:30 p.m., on July 7, the Tucson Police Department responded to the scene of a motorcycle accident on East Grant Road.

Reports from the TPD show that a silver sedan and a motorcycle collided on East Grant Road at the intersection with North Arcadia Avenue. The collision caused extensive damages to both vehicles involved. The rider on the motorcycle suffered serious injuries in the accident. The victim was rushed from the scene of the crash to an area hospital for treatment.

At this time, the TPD is investigating the cause of the crash.
