Tucson, AZ (September 28, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident left one man seriously injured in Pima County on Saturday. On September 26, the Pima County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on East Ajo Way.

Although details surrounding the accident are limited at this time, reports show that two vehicles collided on East Ajo Way at the intersection with Randolph Boulevard.

The crash caused extensive delays along East Ajo Way between the intersections with Randolph Boulevard and Country Club Boulevard.

One person involved in the crash, only identified as a male victim, was seriously injured. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
