Tucson, AZ (May 21, 2020) – At around 7:50 a.m., on May 20, authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on North Alvernon Way. Reports show that a pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway near the intersection with East Elmwood Street when they were struck by a motor vehicle.

The victim was rushed to a local hospital with injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
