Tucson, AZ (May 24, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident late Thursday evening left one person injured.

At around 9:10 p.m., on May 21, authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on West Speedway Boulevard.

Reports show that a pedestrian was walking along the side of the roadway, just east of Anklam Road, when they were struck by a vehicle.

The pedestrian was injured. Medics responded to the scene to transport the victim to a local hospital for treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
