Tucson, AZ (August 23, 2020) – A car accident reported late Saturday evening left several victims injured in the Tucson area. Just after 11 p.m., on August 22, the Tucson Police Department, Fire Department, and EMS responded to the scene of a crash on East Irvington Road.

Reports provided by authorities show that a car crash took place on East Irvington Road near the intersection with South Park Avenue for unknown reasons. The crash resulted in severe damages to the vehicles involved. Several people involved in the crash were injured. Medical personnel responded to the scene and rendered aid to an undisclosed number of victims at the scene of the accident. Several victims were transported from the site of the accident to local hospitals for treatment. At this time, the crash remains under investigation with officers from the Tucson Police Department.
