Tucson, AZ – Accident on E Speedway Blvd Results in Injuries
Tucson, AZ (July 16, 2020) – A serious automobile accident in the Tucson area resulted in extensive closures and injuries, according to reports. At approximately 8:10 p.m., on July 15, the Tucson Police Department and Tucson Fire Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on East Speedway Boulevard.
Reports provided by the police show that a serious auto collision occurred on East Speedway Boulevard at the intersection with East 2nd Street for unknown reasons. The collision resulted in expansive closures throughout the area.
Injuries were reported in this accident. Medical personnel responding to the site provided treatment to injured victims at the scene of the accident. An unknown number of victims were transported from the crash site to local hospitals for treatment. At this time, police in Tucson are investigating the cause of the crash.
