Carl brings the unique talent of being a nurse and a paralegal to the
Rockafellow Law Firm. Carl’s medical experience is invaluable as
gathering, reading, interpreting and understanding medical records is such
a large part of every case. Carl works closely with Leighton Rockafellow
in framing all issues in every medical negligence case and in preparing
all discovery documents and disclosure statements that are the foundation
of every case.
Carl is a University of Arizona Football and Basketball fanatic and cheers
on the Green Bay Packers every Sunday. A native of Wisconsin, Carl and his
wife Jill enjoy the sunshine here in Arizona and at their favorite getaway
beach in Bahia Kino, Mexico.

Jenny
serves as a paralegal, secretary and document preservationist. Rockafellow
Law Firm adopted a scanning policy two years ago whereby every document
coming in to the firm is scanned to the client's file. This time consuming
and important task was given to Jenny and with her excellent assistance,
every client file can be accessed from any computer in the firm and by Mr.
Rockafellow from his laptop when out of town on deposition trips or on
vacations.
Jenny is a graduate of the Pima College Paralegal Program and came to work
for the Rockafellow Law Firm right after graduation. Jenny's husband Scott
is a golf pro at a local country club and she and Scott are the proud
parents of Ryan.

Millie
is the "pinch hitter" in the firm filling in as needed when other staff
members are on vacation or out for personal reasons. Millie is a Rincon
High School graduate and a graduate of the University of Arizona. Millie
is a lifetime resident of Tucson, Arizona and is involved in many
philanthropic activities throughout the city.

Arlene has worked continuously at the Rockafellow Law Firm since September
1986. From then until January 2007, Arlene functioned as the firm
receptionist and bookkeeper. Millions of dollars flow through the firm
accounts annually and Arlene keeps track of every penny. Arlene files
numerous governmental tax reports timely and accurately. She developed and
maintains the accounting system that has served the firm well.
In January of 2007 Arlene went into semi-retirement. Cheryl Burns was
hired as the full-time receptionist, and Arlene has agreed to stay on as
Bookkeeper. Arlene still fills in as receptionist as needed.
Arlene is a graduate of Amphitheater High School and attended the
University of Arizona.

Cheryl is the “Director of First Impressions” at the Rockafellow Law Firm.
Serving as an administrative assistant and receptionist, Cheryl is the
voice that greets you and directs you to the right place. Automated phone
systems have no place in a law office.
Cheryl schedules and calendars all deadlines, distributes the mail and
makes sure every caller is treated with patience, courtesy and respect.
Prior to joining the Rockafellow Law Firm, Cheryl ran her own business for
26 years gathering police reports for insurance companies and lawyers in
Southern Arizona. Having worked closely with the Rockafellow Law Firm
during that time, Cheryl was a natural choice when Arlene Oliver made the
decision to take semi-retirement. Cheryl also works part time as a
receptionist at Weight Watchers of Arizona.
